This design gives our patients the convenience of addressing their medical needs and the option to pamper themselves with our quality aesthetic services.
Our medical spa offers an array of laser procedures, microdermabrasion, Botox®, chemical peels and other anti-aging services. Using the latest technology, our skilled aesthetician is equipped to develop a customized skin care program tailored to our clients’ individual needs and skin types.
The following GYN services offered are annual exams, birth control, management of abnormal bleeding and abnormal pap smears.
Our gynecologist, Dr. Cynthia Pridgen performs minimally invasive surgeries both in the office and in the hospital (laparoscopy, hysterectomies). These procedures decrease risk and allow patients to resume their normal activities in a shorter period of time.
In-office liposuction is one of the minimally invasive procedures. Our Vaser and laser Lipotherme systems allow our physician to perform body sculpting without general anesthesia. Lipotherme is a laser-assisted device that has the added benefit of skin tightening after the liposuction procedure.
Our services are all performed in our customized state-of-the-art facility that ensures the highest degree of safety in a warm, relaxed setting under the direct supervision of our well-respected, board-certified gynecologist.
Cynthia Pridgen, MD, MBA
Dr. Cynthia Pridgen has been a practicing board certified Obstetrician/Gynecologist in Columbia since 2001. She is a highly experienced, dedicated and well-respected physician and during her career has developed a loyal patient following. In 2007, she received an MBA from the University of South Carolina.
She is a member of the American Academy of Cosmetic Gynecologists and the American Congress of Obstetrician/Gynecologists.
June Smith, RN, LME
June Smith is a licensed esthetician as well as a practicing nurse in the specialty of women’s health for over 15 years. During this time, she built a wide network of professional relationships within the Columbia community. In addition to her women’s health background, she served as a United States Marine and as a Director of Nursing for a community health center. Her vast experience in women’s health and nursing leadership is a vital part of what she brings to her professional esthetics services.
Her nurturing and kind spirit will make you feel right at home, as she is conscientious to meet your every skin care need. It's her main concern and goal to provide each client with complete and comprehensive skin care!
